“Legacy Leadership Academy – an incredible experience. Over the course of each week, we went through the Legacy pillars and learned how to apply them in our current roles, allowing us to expand on our leadership knowledge and practices. The layout of the course was top notch – bringing us together as a group from day one to build our foundation. As we explored the meaning of our own legacy and leadership ability, I started to invest more time into reflecting and journaling. Ultimately we ended up capturing key ideas, real world examples, and energized stories of leadership in practice from every angle – from instructor to guests to academy member experiences. The Academy was full of wonderful resources, thoughtful discussions, and multiple out of class recommendations for further reading. Overall, this was a great use of time for me and I would recommend to anybody looking to step into a leadership role, or enhance their current leadership experience.”
