Meet Chris
Chris has 22 years experience in the healthcare industry. With over 15 years in the post-acute space, he has specific experience with large scale national and regional skilled nursing providers with focus on business planning, execution, operational excellence, turnarounds, as well as clinical program development. His leadership tactics focus primarily on quality and collaboration, bringing together internal and external partners across the operation, clinical, finance, and sales disciplines. His approach has led to strategic acute and post-acute partnerships that have created positive and lasting impacts on the industry. In 2018 Chris founded Legacy Healthcare Consulting with the simple yet powerful goal of Improving Quality through Collaboration. Chris through Legacy continues to produce and provide resources to post-acute leaders created by post-acute leaders. Some of these efforts include his best-selling book: LEGACY Leadership, his podcast Pillar Talk, and the 2025 launch of the LEGACY Leadership Academy!
